    Looking for advise on cycle. I am 43y/o. 5'11" 195lbs. Body Fat 15-18% Been on TRT for 1 year. Treatment 150mg per week Cyp. 350IU HCG 3x week, I have done a small blast (5 weeks) cycle of test prop. 500mg/wk + NNP 300mg week about 3mons. back. Kept it small due to reg. blood work coming up. Had good results with some mass gain and strength gains. My diet is fairly good, but could be better. I am looking to lean out a bit and add some muscle mass. A recomposition if you will. I train 4-6 days a week depending on my schedule, with some type of weight training/powerlifting/conditioning. I have on hand Test E, Tren E, Anavar, Proviron, NPP, Clen, & regular meds, Test C, AI, & HCG. Any suggestions on how I could put together a good, lean, semi bulk, recomp cycle?

    Hey brother, if you read the QA, then you know the first thing I will say haha. Diet is going to be the key in making this a lean bulk. You can use “dry” compounds and eat poorly only to get fat or you can use “wet” compounds and still keep fairly tight. So that said, you have a lot of great compounds on hand to make a great cycle, in fact a few great cycles. You didn't mention time frame so I will assume you’re up for dedicating a decent amount of time to make your progress. Of course, time on cycle is going to be one of the biggest factors in how well you do. Growing muscle takes time. I would say that 8 weeks is the bare minimum of time I would go. 12 wks would be better. If you like you can continue on your HCG through the cycle or you can take a break from it for awhile. Either way. How about 12 wks of test at 500mg EW. Tren E at 200mg EW. If you add the tren, I would not call this a mild cycle. Any tren is going to make this a more intense cycle but at 200mg, you are keeping it lower and limiting sides. Then from there, I would suggest adding in Proviron at 50mg for the last 8 wks. Of course Adex or another Ai to control estrogen. And clen would be a great addition for fat loss. I would suggest 20mcg Clen for 2 wks, then 40 for 2, then 60 for 2, going no higher than 120mcg for the last 2 wks, then coming off of it. If you prefer to leave the tren out, 50mg Var for the last 8 wks would be a killer cycle for strength, condition and adding muscle, only with far fewer side effects.
