It looks like this current dosing is keeping you in the high to high normal range, depending on the scale they are using. Im not understanding your line of questioning. First off, Sure you can do a blast if you want if you want to push your levels up higher and grow faster. And “do I even need to take gear?”. Of course no one needs to take it but your current levels are just a reflection of the drug built up in your body. It has nothing to do with what your body will naturally produce without taking it. If this level is too high for you, just reduce the dose a little.  Sounds like things are going well though as long as all of your health markers are in order
