    I’m 5 months out,, recovering from spinal stenosis surgery. The nerve compression caused complete atrophy of the Lateral and Medial head of my right Tricep. (Long head unphased) my right pectoral, and my right side latissimus dorsi. My chest and back appear to be recovering and rebuilding the lost muscle, however the tricep is not. I’ve ordered the Turbovital IGF-1 lr3 to use alongside the 500mg per week of Test Enanthate I’m currently running, and could use your advice on dosage, pinning location. I’m gonna pin the tricep directly, but should it be SQ or IM and how often, pre or post Workout, with or without food...any personal info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I covered the rest the majority of thoughts in your previous question but this is a good added question. I would go IM with all of your peptides and food intake does not matter.
