    IGF-1 use site specific?

    I’m 5 months out,, recovering from spinal stenosis surgery. The nerve compression caused complete atrophy of the Lateral and Medial head of my right Tricep. (Long head unphased) my right pectoral, and my right side latissimus dorsi. My chest and back appear to be recovering and rebuilding the lost muscle, however the tricep is not. I’ve ordered the Turbovital IGF-1 lr3 to use alongside the 500mg per week of Test Enanthate I’m currently running, and could use your advice on dosage, pinning location. I’m gonna pin the tricep directly, but should it be SQ or IM and how often, pre or post Workout, with or without food...any personal info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    When IGF first became popular in the mainstream of bodybuilding a decade or so ago, it was thought that that it may have site specific growth capabilities. A decade later, the vast majority of knowledge has shown us that this is not the case. That once it is injected, it will go systemic, traveling to all areas of the body. That said, it could still be beneficial for the recovery of soft tissue and help to fight any degeneration you have experienced. I would also consider using 2-3iu gh with this every day. If I were to pick just one of them, I would pick GH and I would suggest running 3iu as long as you can. So you could use either one or both. I do not believe you will get a site specific effect from them but they still will work to help speed your restoration. No matter what you decide to do in that regard, I would strongly suggest also adding BPC-157 which is going to work in a way that is unique to the other two compounds. There is debate as to if this will work site specific but without knowing for sure, I would suggest injecting as close to the injured area as possible. Ive seen dosing online of 250-300mcg taken 2x day. That dosing might help, but I would push that up even higher personally. More like 400-500mcg 2x day. I would use this for several weeks, then take a couple weeks off. Then repeat. If you were to use all 3, I would suggest doing that along with 3iu gh run nonstop and 25mcg IGF for 2 wks, then 50mcg for 2 wks. then 2 wks off and repeat
