    I’m 36, 6’2”, 260 lbs, and have low test. I’m looking for something to make me feel better, raise energy, focus, and help improve weight and metabolism. Never done a cycle before. What should I consider? And how much should I take in order to see an improvement? I’m not a BB and I’m not looking to get super big or cut, at least not right now. Any help is greatly appreciated and please be aware I do not know the short hand terms for this stuff.

    Ok if your test levels are low, the first thing you will want to do is get on test replacement therapy. You can get it from Naps or you can go to your dr but you will want to make sure you are being monitored so your blood levels are where they should be. A standard starting place is 200mg EW and possibly some adex. Its always going to be individual though. Maybe .5mg 2x wk would be a good place to start. Then labs after 4 wks. You can get private labs done online if you want to go that route. Search google for that
