HI, I am running my first cycle test enan 500mg e4d. as I don't notice huge gains or either side effects is it proper cycle ? I run this cycle along with 0.25mg prosar ED and 0.25 mg anastrozole ED. I do my best with diet but I think my calories intake is bit too low. As I mentioned I can't see gains, I am on this cycle for about 6 weeks now. Thank you

One of two things. Either you are using fake test or you guessed it, you aren't eating enough. 500mg e4d should be plenty. I helped a guy on his first cycle that used 1cc sust EW and he gained at least 25 lbs. Belive he kept 12 lbs after the cycle. Even if you aren't eating enough, you should be feeling some side effects. I would expect you to feel stronger in the gym, probably get better pumps and to have a higher libido. I would suggest only using gear with a good rep. I prefer human grade or Geneza Pharm. Both options work very well for me.

As for your diet, most of the time, new guys tell me they are eating enough food but when we break it down, they really aren't. Most guys who are new don't understand just how much food they need to eat. But you think you might not be eating enough food! So I'm going to bet that you are eating way below your needs. You have to be honest with yourself bro. Are you really doing your best with your diet? Is this all you have? I'm sure you can work harder...and thats what it is, work. Diet is what seperates the big guys from the guys who never make changes, year after year. We only have one life. You only get this shot, so if you are going to commit, then commit and be able to say, with your head up high, "Yes, I am doing my best!". You can reach realisitic goals in bodybuilding. All youhave to do is put the work in.

I would start with 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight, split into meals eaten every 2-3 hours through the day. Use solid foods, chicken breast, eggs, beef, ect. From there, its hard to say what you need for carbs since I can't look at you and don't have any idea what your body fat% is. I would suggest getting at least 200g day and 100g fat. If that isn't enough to see gains, add more carbs. Do this every wk or 2 until you start to see improvement. This is a process. It can take awhile to figure out how much you need to eat, in order to grow. This is why you want to have your diet and training totally figured out before you start running gear. You want to know what it take to grow and be able to make gains without steroids, so that when you go on gear, you can use it as the tool it is. Gear should help you maximize your gains...help you make the most out of your diet and training. Gear is the icing on the cake, not the foundation.
