Hey bro, 2iu is ok for fat loss and general health. I would take it first thing in the morning. It isn't going to enduce a ton of new mass like a steroid will though. Even high doses of GH aren't going to be as effective as steroids. Using peptides for muscle gain is what advanced guys do when they find that they are no longer gaining as well on steroids alone. For now though, 2iu for fat loss and general health is not a bad idea. Keep in mind, with steroids, you are getting into a whole new ball park. Steroids will effect a whole range of hormones in your body. And steroids aren't going to be super effective for fat loss. If you are new to training, I would suggest that you first focus on your diet and training program. Learn how to rid yourself of this body fat. At 285 lbs, your diet has probably been off for quite some time. Once you have that figured out and get to a leaner point, and your training is good, then consider adding in these drugs. Remember that steroids are only going to work well if you know how to use them. They will add muscle, if you are eating enough and training right. For now though, focus on the fat loss. When you enter your mass building phase, it is going to take a close watch on how much fat you gain. See, you'll need to eat enough food to grow, but this also means you probably gain some fat. You don't want to start out already fat, only to end up fatter and not able to see the gains you made.
As for what to use, yes tren is a strong drug, but it has no place in a first timer's cycle. There are a ton of side effects. Many drawbacks, especially for a new user. Test should be the base of your cycles, so I would suggest you use test only, in your first cycle and see how you respond to it. For now, along with your diet reseach, I would start reading about test cyp, adex and learn about the value of running PCT after your cycle. In the shorter term, once you figure out how to get the right balance of foods, and you see progress, you may want to consider adding a fat burner to your program. Something like clen can help push your fat loss a little further.
