Helois can have a local and systemic effect. I have not used it myself, but I have worked with people who have used it and seen it's results. The best time to use helios would be after you are already lean and still struggling with small areas of problem fat. You want to rotate the shots, not putting it in the same place every time. I would move the pin 2 inches from the previous injection. Helios needs to be taken every day. I would start with a small amount to see how you resond. The side effects will be the same as clen. The addition of Yohimbine HCL may intensify these sides. I'd see how .25cc effects you on day one. I would add .25cc, as you can tollerate it and stick with 1cc ED for 2-3 wks. From there, I would increase. to 1.5cc ED for 2 wks, and then finally to 2cc ED for another 2-4 wks.
