Sure, 2-300mg is good for this purpose. The only time I wouldn't want to, is if I were coming into a show. I would also be careful if I were using any other 19-Nor based compounds, like tren. But outside of that, a little deca will help with joints. I have not found that NPP does the same thing...at least for me. If I want to feel joint relief, I go to long acting deca. Another, simplier approach, that may show effect sooner (deca takes 5 or more wks to make my joints feel better), is increasing my fish oil intake. If you are not taking fish oil, I would start, ASAP, no matter what else you do. Fish oil is a great supp and it will help you in your goals. I'd start with 3-5grams. If you are already taking 5grams, up it to 7 or 8g and see how you feel in a week.
