    Hi There, my stats is 5'6 BF 9-8% weight 187lbs ASIAN.
    GOAL IS 3%
    Micro Nutrients
    Steady day
    pro=250
    carb=175
    fats=50

    Re-feed Day 1x week
    pro=175
    carb=300
    fats=30

    I've been using in a last couple months, stack of test prop and drostalone and trenbolone acetate and winny 25mg.
    I'm done with my cycle and going to rest for 6weeks period with pct. I'm wondering if you can help me to achieve my next stack to get Hard rock muscle and vain pop out in skin. target percent BF is 3%. what kind of cycle should i use? base on your experience.
    I really appreciate your help.

    you really hit the nail on the head with tren/prop/mast with a little winny. thats about as good as it gets. you could try swapping out the winny for halo. halo wont make you quite as dry IMO as winny, but it will harden you up and create some wicked changes in an already lean body. sounds like you either need to continue dieting longer or change your diet to get more shredded. 2 months isnt a long time. i give myself 16 wks to diet down to contest shape and i am pretty lean when i start the diet. i would look at what you're eating and figure out where you need to go from there. it sounds like you can take in more protein. at your weight, i would shoot for 300g. you can reduce the carbs to keep your target number of calories. anohter tool is cardio. i use slow steady state cardio. i start with 30 min walking on tradmill and over time add more cardio and eventually use the step mill. 


    as for drugs, i would look into clen and t3. if you havent been using fat burners, this will help you take things to the next level. i would do a 12 wk diet. starting clen in the first wk. starting t3 2 wks later. i would start with 40mcg clen and every 2 wks, increase by 20mcg, going no higher than 120mcg. for the t3, i would start at 12.5mcg  for 2 wks and every 2 wks, add 12.5mcg, going no higher than 70mcg.

    10-12


    halo 20 mg ED, split into two doses
