You need to me more specific with your anti e. 1/2 tab every day? Once a wk? every 20 minutes, lol? And what is the dose? Pharm grade is 2.5 mg. I will assume you are taking pharm grade for my response. Letro is a very powerful AI. If I knew how much you were using, I could better evaluate whats going on with your extrogen levels. If you are taking 1/2 tab every day, you are probably taking way too much. Pushing your estrogen too low can make you feel crappy, lethargic, weak, low sex drive. It's not pretty. Assuming you are taking 1/2 tab ED or even EOD, I would try backing off and see what happens. I'd take a few days off of the AI and then cut the dose in half when you start back up. If this is the case, I would expect to see some improvement in a couple wks. You shouldn't feel depressed on cycle. If you are, something has probably been out of wack. Test at that dose, usually makes guys feel good and improves sense of well being. That being said,  I believe that steroids magnify feelings at times. If you are prone to depression, there is a chance that some gear is going to make it worse. I would really suggest staying away from tren if you feel down. I've seen that drug in particular cause issues. Where as a lot of guys, including myself, report to feel good on things like test and dbol, tren can really impact your emotions.

Besides that, here is a chance that you are just dealing with natural feelings that go along with a break up. There is a period of mourning that you will need to go through and you can't control that. Of course, I'm not a Dr, but I can tell you that I have enough personal experience to tell you that it's important to come to terms with the end of a relationship, in order to move on and feel ok. Sure, it sounds like it wasn't the best relationship you've had, but I have to believe it meant something to you. If nothing else, you invested part of your time...your life, into this girl, and now, that's no longer there.
