yes, ECA is a great combo for fat loss. the standard dose is 25mg e, 200mg c, 81mg a, taken up to 3x a day. you can play with the ratio of caffiene and eph, taking less of one or the other, depending on your ability to tolerate stims. i found that this isnt the fat burner for me. the half life is very short so there are extreme highs and lows. the lows leave me crashing and after a few wks, i am wrecked. my energy and mood are sharply effected and i feel a general sense of fatigue while off of the stack. because of this, i choose other fat burners when i want to use them in my cutting phases. eca seems to strip fat fast but it also leaves me feeling flat and i may sacrifice some muscle. its hard to tell. one things for sure. eca suppresses the appetite and makes it harder to eat. this can be a pro and a con. if you cant eat, you arent able to maintain your muscle, but near the end of a contest prep, hunger is ever present and appetite suppresses can be welcomed.
clen is much better for me, over the long run. i start it early, taking 40mcg, adding 20mcg every 2 wks and by the end of the diet, i am right where i need to be. keep in mind that clen, eca or most any of the other fat burners will only take you so far. the diet along with some cardio will do the heavy lifting when it comes to reaching your goals. the cutting drugs may add an additional 5%
