I think that dave is on the right track. I prefer lower doses. I think that lower doses are effective for longer. I've tried the high doses that some of these guys do, 100-150mcg. It's grate for a few days but quickly becomes less effective and not long after that becomes a total waste of money, IMO. Low is good but I don't go as low as 11mcg. I know I've used real IGF and personally, I can't see an effect at that dose. When I take IGF preworkout, I should feel a pump and even at 25mcg, I think that pump isn't dramatic, but it is a dose that continues to work for me, for an extended period. I have had good experiences running 25-30mcg for 6-8 wks at a time, then I'll take 3 wks off. Recently though, I'm been experimenting with 25 mcg for 3 wks, then another 3 wks at a higher dose, around 40mcg. Then take 3 wks off. I think I am liking this. It seems to "kick back in" a little stronger in the 2nd portion. If you want to give Dave's plan a try, it can only help with your goals. Find out what works best for you and if you'd like, go over to Naps' message board, juiced muscle, and post a thread on your results. I don't post over there, but I check in from time to time.
As for clen and IGF, sure, these two can be combined, not a problem.
