    Blast And Cruise

I'm sure your sick of hearing uneducated people question you without knowing side effects, dangers, and protocols, but I must step into that category momentarily. I have been lifting for almost 7 yrs, and have cycled before. I know that BnC is dangerous if your not extremely knowledgeable and careful. I have always had a low test count and do not build quickly without supplementation. I do not mind HRT at this point. I have children so that's not a worry. My doctor watches my liver tox and cholesterol. So heres the questions... Does cruising lower tox and other temp sides? Im sticking to test and add EQ for blasts. 16 weeks on/off. test 500/200 and EQ400/0 (On/OFF). I do run 30mg ED Dbol first 4 wks. So far I have never had a single side effect besides bloating. With lower chol and sodium it goes away. Last question, will this kill me by 50? Seeing a lot of young ppl dying :/ Thanks Again!!

I don't know if I'm "sick" of hearing uneducated people ask questions. I'm glad guys come here and get things cleared up instead of going out and potentially hurting themselves, but sometimes I do wish that they would invest a little more reading before they post, as they will find that a lot of the easier questions have already been asked more times than I want to count. Lol. That being said, You have some good questions here. I think the key is lab work. Whats a dangerous dose? My answer would be, a dangerous dose is the amount it takes to cause problems in your body. If everything checks out for you, Cholesterol, blood pressure, kidney and liver, you aren't causing a problem. The higher the doses, the harsher the drug and the longer you stay "on", the bigger the chance of having a problem. Steroid side effects are very dose related. Problems happen with the guys that don't check these things and just hope everything is ok. Most of this stuff doesn't give you a warning sign, until there is a problem. The internet has been great for informing people. At the same time, I think there is some issues with it too. Guys take some very general ideas that have been promoted and accepted on the net, and apply them to their cycles as unbending truth. Everyone is different and going to have a unique response. So how can something like "time on plus PCT = Time off" apply to every guy and every cycle? It can't. Different people are going to recover at different rates. Each person is going to have a unique genetic predisposition to potential heath issues. Not everyone has high cholesterol in their family, but if you do, there is a bigger chance that your cholesterol will be impacted on cycle. A big pet peeve of mine is "liver protection". Some guys would think that taking an herbal supp, is going to make them impervious liver damage. Not so.

Sorry for the rant! As for your last question, I hope not. As long as you are doing your lab work and everything is normal, I don't see why you would have a problem. And the way I look at it, if gear does reduce some time off my life, I will trade it for the increased quality that I am able to live now. For the most part though, the people I see dying are guys that never come off, have been abusing with crazy doses and a lot of them have been into partying at points in their lives. I wish I had a better answer for you. I don't. I will say though, that I belive gear can be used safely. If health is your concern and you wanted to make any changes to your plan to increase health, I would consider looking into a compound other than dbol. The orals and faster acting drugs are ususally the hardest on your body. Honestly though, at your dose and the amount of time you run it, I would think you will be just fine.
