    Hey mate Im 5'11'' weigh 200 lbs. Done 5 cycles, Wondering what you would recommend for a Lean gain cycle??? Im about 14% bf atm and was thinking about doing a dirty bulk up to 220 lbs then clean diet down to 8% bf. Been reading some of your replies and thinking I should now just try a lean bulk. Is it possible to put on some quality muscle and still lose bf down to 8%?? i Have had a break from aas for about 6 months now ready to get back on it, and take my diet serious. What cycle would you recommend? I would greatly appreciate it if you could list the plan out of aas involved with dosage and so on to reach my goal.

    Should my diet consist of say 400g protein, 400g carb, 200g fats?? Would you recommend any cardio??

    at 14%, i wouldnt do a "dirty bulk". IMO, it's not ideal to go past 12% BF in the off season. it can take a lot of work coming back down. i probably dont past 10% at my biggest. it all comes down to figuring out exactly what you need to add mass while not putting in too many extra calories. without knowing what you've eaten to get to your current composition, i can't give you numbers on your macros, but i can give you some basic ideas about building a clean bulking diet. IMO, its harder to get fat on clean food. if you keep it clean, you can add mass while possibly cutting some fat at the same time. 14% is pretty high, so i dont think you should have too much of a problem transforming in this cycle. focus on cleaner carbs like brown rice, sweet potato and oats. i would suggest you start your carbs out a little lower than 400. maybe 300 and watch how your progress moves. protein and fats look good. shoot pics and compare them every 2 wks. if you see yourself getting fater, i'd lower the carbs a little and possibly add a little fat. a little cardio wont hurt but i wouldnt go crazy with it. wlk on the treadmill, maybe 20 min, 3 times a wk, right after you train, before taking in a shake or food. keep your heart rate at about 125bpm, with an incline of 3.


    now lets talk supps. i cant tell you exactly how many mg's you should take since i dont know the drugs and doses you've used in the past. i dont think you'll need anymore than 750mg test, so i am going to base this cycle with that notion in mind. this is a good lean gains cycle, that i am personally fond of. i've made good progress using this combo. i try to rotate my test. so if i used cyp last time, i'll pick a different long ester this time. so for test, pick from test e, cyp or sust. for your estrogen control, it will depend on how you respond. if you find you need more because you feel too bloated or you're getting sensitive nipples, up the dose a little, but be careful not to use too much and wipe your estrogen out. keep in mind that i am suggesting dbol for the first 6 wks and during this time, you may require a little more AI than in the rest of the cycle due to its high conversion rate to estrogen.
