    I saw another post on here, so I thought I would ask a question based on me.

    6 ft, 235#, 21% bodyfat. I want to lose a little weight but keep strength as much as possible.

    I saw a post saying that Anavar might be the way to go. Can you help me with a cycle based on these goals?

    honestly bro, at your BF, i would work on dieting down some before you starte gear. if you work on bringing it down to about 14%,  you will not lose much strength in the process. when dieting fat off, you are always going to lose some strength but it shouldnt be major. i dont see guys experince major strength  unless they are very lean, like in the lower single digit BF or if they crash the weight off too quickly. test and anavar may be SLIGHTLY helpful with fat loss, but it is super minor. if you were to take them and change nothing, you probably wouldnt lose much fat. fat loss is going to be all about your diet and cardio., 


     


    the first thing i would do is get your diet in order. without knowing how to acheive results without drugs, you wont have a good idea of what you need to do. its easy for those who dont know, to look at drugs as an answer to our problems. we've been conditioned to believe this in our fased paced world. the thing is, drugs will only add a small % of assistance. i believe you would do well on a high protein, moderate fat, low carb diet. eat every 2-3 hrs. you may be able to clean your current diet up and leave carbs in but i believe you will need to reduce them. focus your meals around animal proteins. meats and eggs. i would eat aboutget 350-400 g protein. i cant give you a number on carbs or fats because i havent seen your current macros, but i would think that the carbs should be low, like under 150g day. i would figure out what you need to do with your diet and how you can eat enough to maintain some of your strength in the gym. after you give yourself a month of this and you start to feel you know what you need to do, if you wanted to add some chemical assistance, you could add in some clen or ECA to helo burn fat. for clen, i would suggest 40mcg to start and increase by 20mcg every 2 wks, never going above 120mcg. fat burners will help, but honestly, dont expect magic. this is going to take some time. 


    when you get down to about 14%, this is the time i would consider adding in some gear. i would keep it very simple.

    anavar 50mg


    PCT starts 2 wks after last injection. 


    wk 14 nolvadex 40mg


    wk 15-16 nolvadex 20mg
