I used it one time. It seemed to be unlike any other 19-Nor based steroid I have used. It acted much more like a DHT. It's been a few years now but if I recall, I used about 30mg for 4 wks. It got me harder. I don't know about the increase in CNS activity. I was in the middle of a stressful diet at the time and threw it in as an experiment. I was very tired at that point, so I couldn't tell if energy got any better or not. I will say that I was able to keep pushing and grinding it out in the gym...but I would have done that anyway, energy or not ;)
As with anything, I would use MHN with a base of test. And yes, I would split the MHN dose into 2 doses a day. I would take it first thing in the AM and about 8 hrs later
