There is a good chance that at your age and with your lack of experience, you can bounce back a lot faster than someone who is older and or has shut their production down with cycles in the past. Still, you're putting alot into this cycle. The cost of the gear plus the addition of HCG is minimal compared to the cost of food and the amount of time you are going to have to dedicate to get lasting results. Why not use HCG, if it can speed your recovery, better ensuring that you keep as much of your hard earned muscle as possible. 

My suggestion for HCG is 250iu, 2x wk through the cycle, up to about 3-4 days before PCT
