both are great products. ideally, i would suggest both, haha! sadly, i have yet to try turbovital but i have heard very good things about it. it is probably the best igf on the market. as for picking which route to go, i think that it first depends on your goals and your body. if you are dieting down and you want to lose fat while maintaining or possibly gaining new mass, hgh is going to work for you. if, on the other hand, if you are looking to add sheer mass, igf may be a better choice. hgh creates insulin resistance at higher doses. this mean that you may have a harder time utilizing the foods you eat. if you are genetically pretty lean and have a hard time gaining mass, gh may actually effect growth if insulin sensitivity goes too low. this is a situation where a small dose of insulin may help. be aware that insulin is a topic on its own and using it take much knowledge. misuse can result in death. if you tend to store more fat in the off season, gh may help you to continue gaining while staying in leaner shape. for someone new to gh, 4iu of hyge for at least 4 months, ideally at least 6 months, along with cycles of test would be good. on its own, gh isn't really a powerhouse. its when you combine it with test that things get better. you can continue on gh like this as long as you like. on the other hand, over time IGF becomes less effective and you need to take a break. the higher the dose, the faster it seems to stop working. i prefer to keep my doses on the low side and continue using it a little longer. 30mcg preworkout, taken IM 6wks on, 2-3 wks off. if i were to use 50mcg, i would run it for 4 wks on, 2-3 wks off.

both are good, but each have their own benefit. if you could afford to buy 600iu of hyges and still buy 1 kit of igf, running them together would yeild great results. if i were to have to pick one, i would go with hyge gh, as long as i could run about 4iu for several months

just keep in mind that peptides are not going to give you huge results, the way that AAS does. it takes time and the gains are very slow.
