I've never heard of any type of digestion issues related to IGF-LR3. I have to wonder if you have had any change of diet or other supps, that could be causing this issue. The number one thing guys in BB seem to get gas from, is low quality protein. Make sure that you are using a high quality whey iso. Some guys like to use casien before bed, for extended release, but casien seems to cause more bloating and gas issues than whey, for a lot of guys. Look at your food and see if there is anything that stands out to you, that you might want to change.
