When you add your Bac, make sure you don't force the water in, spraying the powder. Let it run down the inside of the vial. Peptides can be very fragile, so you don't want to risk damage. After the water is added, gently swirl the vial until the powder is disolved.
Now, for some math. For your growth, this is an easier one. If you have 10iu vials and add 1ml of water, using an insulin pin, eack "10" clicks on the insulin pin will be 1iu. For the GHRP, 10mg is a large amount for the small vial that it comes in. You might want to get a larger sealed sterile vial, so that you can transer it and then add more bac. It might be easy to just add 10ml of water. If you do this, each 1ml would be 1mg, therefore each "10" clicks on the insulin pin would be 100mcg. So if you were doing it at 250mcg per shot, it would require 25 clicks, or 1/4 of a ml
