It sounds like there is a chance that you are holding too much water. High fluid retention can be responsible for crazy pumps in the calves when walking or in the lower back while training. Without seeing you, I can't say for sure, but thats the direction I'm leaning. As for your adex, if you are taking .5mg adex EOD, that's a pretty decent dose for a bulking program. I have to wonder what brand you are using. A lot of the "research" companies underdose. But whatever the case, the dose you are taking does not seem to be working. I would increase it and see how you do in about a wk. Also, I would watch your sodium intake. You can change your fluid retention quickly with a clean, lower, controlled sodium diet.
