If you can afford to use Hyge, they are the best brand available, as far as puirity and concentration. They are always consistent. If you want to use one of the generics, they will work. They just might not be as strong as the Hyge. The more often gh is taken, the sooner the effect will be noticed. If you take them 7 days a wk, levels will stay high, consistently. If you take days off, you'll still get an effect. It just will take longer to notice. The only reason I can see to take days off, is to stretch the GH out, making it last longer. You can take it 5 on, 2 off, OR 6 on, 1 off, OR 7 on. 

As for labs, GH isn't going to have the same impact that steroids can, on the liver, kidneys, heart and reproductive system. As long as you and she are healthy, you should be good. The only people I would not suggest gh to are those with cancer or a histroy of cancer. GH will not give you cancer, but it speeds up the reproduction of cells, good or bad
