Here is what I would suggest. Especially for your age, I would use HCG 250iu 2x wk, while on cycle. This will keep the testes full in size and force your body to continue producing, making the transition easier, when you come off. See, when you take any form of anabolic steroid, your body stops producing natural test. 

After you have taken your last injection, you need to wait for your specific ester to clear. Taking 500mg or so of sust, it'll take about 3 wks. At this point, you want to take a SERM, Nolvadex for 3 wks. 40mg for 1 wk, then 2 more wks at 20mg
