4-5iu ED is a good plan, along with your AAS. I would stay on it as long as you can. If you can, get more along the way to continue using it. The more days in a row you can take it, the better. You want to keep those IGF levels up. The only reason to take days off is to make your supply last longer. It'll still work 5 on/2 off, but it might take longer to see results. If you can even use a little less, but take it every day, I believe that you would be better off(to a point), than skipping 2 days a wk. So if you can make it work to do 4iu Hyge for 7 days, I think that you would be better off than 5iu 5 on/2 off.
For the 4-5iu range, I would take 2iu first thing in the AM, and 2iu before you train.
With Hyge, I have experienced less side effects than with generics. Side effects include carpal tunnel and some joint aches. Side effects can be minimized by starting low, around 2iu, and increasing by .5iu every couple of wks, as you can tollerate it. If you find that your joints hurt or you start to get CT, I would stay at that dose until it goes away
