<p>Every time you take any form of steroid, including PH's, it will shut down your natural production. After the cycle, you'll need to do PCT to help get yourself back online, but it will still take time. PCT isn't 100%. It will help though.&nbsp;</p><p>Certain more advanced steroids will shut you down harder than others. If you are going to start using gear, my suggestion is to get on, make gains, then get off and focus on maintaining those gains and recover. If you are younger, say under 21, I would focus on making natural gains, as your nautrual production is at its all time highest.
