Your BP could be better., Mine is around 110/70 at times. I also use a prescribed BP medication. 130/80 isn't bad thogh. It sounds like you should keep a close eye on things. See where your BP is while on a busy, stressful day. If 130 is the highest you go to, you are doing ok. Also, watch your fluid retention. If you start holding more water, it may go up from that alone
