If you are newer to gear, your best option would be to come off, do PCT and recover. The longer you are on, the harder it will be to recover. Eventurally,you are going to stop the cycle at some point. The sooner you do, the better you're recover and the more chance you'll have to retain muscle. Plus, you can use this time to put your next cycle together, while you get your body back to baseline. If you decide to continue running it, I would also run HCG through the remainder of the cycle. This wont ensure anything, but it may help. PCT is going to be harder, so you may need to extend it.
Also, I should note, that in your first cycle, you'll make solid gains for the firs 10 to 14 wks, but over time, homeostasis makes it harder to continue to make the gains you made in the first part of the cycle.
