I would either go with EOD or ED. I don't prefer the idea of taking the weekend off. The gear would still work, but with the gap in time, you are going to have a little more flux in hormone levels. For a guy with acne issues, this could possibly cause a problem. Plus, I tend to be OCD. I actually break my cycles down into ED injects most of the time, even with longer esters, but I am using a decent amount of oil too, so this helps. Keep in mind that fast acting gear is possibly going to impact your liver readings. Fact acting injects usually do elevate enzymes some. Not to the point that an oral will, but I would expect to see a change, if you are getting lab work done monthy for your accutane. Since you are using accutane, I would shy away from the anavar for the time. Anavar is pretty mild, but you can do well without it. Accutane can be rough enough on it's own! 

For your HCG, I would consider using it through the cycle at a lower dose, 250iu 2x wk.
