Hey bro, glad you're reaching out, instead of just popping some pills and seeing what happens. Too many 19 yr olds go that route and regrete it in the long run. I have had good success running clen this way. The side effects are lower than when you blast it 2 wks on, 2 off, and I have had guys/gals get very lean, low single digits. Of course, diet is still going to be the key, but if you have diet, training and cardio nailed, using clen will push your fat loss that much further.
Geneza clen is a good, strong product. They are dosed at 40mcg per tab. Start at 1 tab (40mcg) per day, taken in the AM. Then every 2 wks, add 1/2 tab (20 mcg). So in wk 1 and 2, take 40 mcg. Then in wk 3-4, take 60mcg. Continue to build the dose in the fashion. When you reach 120mcg, stay there. There is no need to go higher. you can run this cycle for 16 wks or less. Then take a break
You will notice side effects at first. Over time, these will go away. When you up the dose, you may feel them come back a little. Just remember, these are the side effects. Not the effects. After these side effects go away, the gear is still working. If you aren't seeing the results you want, look toward your diet.
