With T3, I would split your dose into 2 daily doses taken first thing in the morning and about 8 hours later, always between meals. I would suggest using the least amount to get the job done. T3 is a very powerful tool and when over used can cause major flatness. I would come off it it, before you come of of test. T3 will break tissue down quickly, muscle and fat. I have seen people lose some muscle on it, espeically larger males. Running gear will help to protect your muscle. When you come off of it, I would tapper down, by 12.5mcg every several days. I would build the dose for about 6-8 wks, as needed, then take 2-3 wks to tapper off.
I have only seen 2 people ever, struggle to recover their natural thyriod production after using T3. Both of them had preexisting thyroid conditions. It would be in your best interest to get your labs done and see where your thyroid is. If you have low thyroid, you should be on medication year round. Not only will it help your fat loss, but also, it'll help the assimilation of foods in the off season
