    I recently switched positions in my sport requiring me to gain a ton of weight within a few months (30lbs) so I am planning on running a test/dbol cycle for 14 weeks, 4-5 wks of dbol 40 mg/day. But I will also need a significant increase in strength gains, so my question is what would be a good compound to add for pure strength. Either something to add to the test through the whole cycle, or even something to go on the last 6 weeks or so like var/tbol or any strength increasing compound. I'm 26, 6'3, 250 lbs, 16% bf, 4 previous cycles. I've considered deca or tren but am scared of the sides. I don't know if I'm worrying to much or not but any input would be great. I love reading all your answers on here and appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

    30 lbs is a lot of weight. No way you'll be able to gain that as all muscle, no matter what you take. And keep in mind that the weight is going to slow you down. I wouldn't want to add tren because it will really mess of your cardio ability. That stuff will wind you, just walking up a flight of stairs. Dbol is going to kick your strength into high gear. So is the test. For long term use, deca would be good for adding mass and increasing strength, combined with your test and dbol. 400mg ew. If you want a milder compound, EQ at 500mg will help with the mass, plus incresae endurance. It will also help with strength to a lesser degree. The gains won't be as dramatic as with deca, but personally, I prefer it. Deca creates more water retention, thus more weight. I opt to stay a little drier and go for real muscle gain.

    I would also lower the dbol to 30mg and for your situation, run it for at least 6 wks
