With the right diet, you shouldn't have much of a strength issue until you get very lean. At that point, somewhere in the low single digits, you won't be able to mantain the same strength as you have while at higher BF%. Anavar is good for strength and it will help. The issue is, you only want to run anavar for so long. 6 to 8 wks is normal. IME, it's best to take a diet slow. I give myself at least 3 months, if not 5 months, to get truely ripped. So that means there is going to be part of your diet that you are reducing cals without the use of var. Overall, this is a major reason that using test would be better. You can be on for the length of your diet. If you want to do it this way, I would start dieting naturally, and then when you feel you are about 8 wks from being in the shape you want to be, start the anavar, using 50mg ED for 8 wks. You do not need an AI with it because it does not convert to estrogen. For PCT, start nolvadex at 40mg ED for 1 wk, 1 day after you stop the var. Then Nolvadex for 2-3 more wks at 20mg
