    Thanks for your help and advice on trying this for my first time bro..I've wanted to do this for many years but some old pro told me to wait until I'm 29-30 y/o...so here's my game plan..250 test e twice a week 8 weeks 40 mg anavar 8 weeks .25 Armidex 8 weeks..20 mg nolvadex 4 weeks for pct...Not looking to get scary big but to add a little size to my 180lb 5'8 frame. What do you think? Anything else I should add or take out? Naps has been great. Big ups to you and this company.

    Sounds like a good plan. When you say .25mg adex, do you mean ED or EW or EOD? Not sure. A standard dose would be about .5mg 3x wk. You could start with .25mg EOD and see how it goes, increasing, if needed. Also, I would consider expending your test to 10 to 12 wks. Should be a decent plan.
