Test and dbol both will aromatize to estrogen. Dbol will more than the test. So both will require watching. You may find that you can use less AI once the dbol portion of your cycle is finished. You don't want to take too much, as it will limit your gains if the AI is too higher. But a little is good, especially if you are more prone to estogen related side effects. Arimidex is my AI of choice. It seems to be the most dependable IME. I find that some guys don't do as well with arom, and letro is a lot stronger, making it easier to wipe estogen out all together, much more quickly. 

A good place to start is between .5mg EOD to .25mg EOD. See how you do and adjust, based off of bloat and any side effects of high or low estrogen. Or better yet, the best way to keep estrogen in check is to have lab work done. Then you would know FOR SURE where you stood. 

Post cycle, 2 wks after your last injection, take nolvadex or clomid. I'm starting to lean more toward clomid, if you can deal with it. Some guys can get a little emotional during PCT. This is normal, but IME, Clomid can make that a little more intense. With Clomid, I would take 100mg ED for 1 wk, then 2 more wks at 50mg ED. If you go with Nolva instead, 40mg ED for 1 wk, then 2 wks of 20mg ED
