Hey bro, hello to France, birth place to Lionel Beyeke.
IGF will produce some short term benefits, but many of the benefits will take longer to really become evident. Instead of expanding existing muscle cells , the way a steroid will, it will recruit new cells, so over time, these cells may help you grow bigger than you would have been on steroids alone. This aspect of IGF is a slow process and you won't see it take place in one cycle. Just like any peptide, it's like filling a bucket with drops of water. You won't see any progress if you stand there watching, but if you just go about your business, you'll come back to see that water has accumulated.
Short term, IGF will show increased fluid retention. You will notice increased pumps, if taken preworkout. IGF is "insulin like" and will help to shuttle nutrients to the muscle. This will increase cellular retention. When I'm taking IGF, I get very round and full, even when on a strict diet.
IGF can make you go a little hypo, so be prepared, keeping carbs on hand, in case you start to feel blood sugar issues. It's not nearly as bad as what can happen when using insulin, but it can be enough to effect your strength and ruin a workout.
I would start with 25-30mcg for 3 wks, then 50-60mcg for 3 wks, then 3 wks off and repeat
