If everything else is in order, clen will help you to burn more fat. In genreal, fat burners won't make or break a program. If you are doing everything right, they will add an additional 5%. So don't expect to see a huge difference with clen alone, but it can be a piece to a larger puzzle that gets you into great shape. Here is how I would suggest to use it.
