After your last shot of NPP and Test, I would wait 2 wks and begin PCT. Nolvadex 40mg for 1 wk, then 20 mg for 2 more wks. I woud continue on the GH, if possible, If you have access to HCG, you can being running HCG at 250iu 2x wk from now until 3 days before you start PCT. In the future, make sure you have all of this planned out ahead of time. You never know when you might have to stop using gear. Life can take some interesting turns and you want to be prepared. Have everything on hand before you start your cycles
