Of course, the best option is HG. From there, Hyge is high quality and IMO, just as good as HG I have used. How much you use will depend on your goals. 2iu for replacement. 4iu for fat loss. 5 plus iu for muscle growth, along with AAS.
You want to mix Gh with bacteriostatc water. There are many videos on youtube that will show you how, step by step.
If you are taking 2iu, I would either take it first thing in the AM before fasted cardio or about 45 min before training. If you are taking 4iu, split the dose, morning and pretraining. If you are taking more, take no more than 4iu per shot, every 4 hours.
At your age, you will probably see some decent results with long term use. As we age, our natural production slows. Even 2-3iu will probably make you feel and look better, long term. I would run it for no less than 4-5 months, and ideally, longer. The results are much slower than the results from AAS, but they are different results. Instead of just adding muscle, it more so transforms your physique.
