    Wtf am I doing wrong?
    on: 2014-05-14 01:37:21
I started a journey to single digit BF in January. I was 6'3 295lbs and probably around 14-16%. After 5 months of a grueling diet and manipulating everything from my cals, carbs, fat, workouts, drugs, cardio, one and two a day workouts I still cannot not confidently say Im single digits and I definitely am not at my goal!! No matter what I do I cannot loose the last bit of the most important cover up ... my abdomen, lower abdomen, and love hanldes?!??! I'm currently 6'3 274lbs and I seriously couldnt be more ripped and vascular all over my body EXCEPT in my f'n abs!! Ive even contemplated to just stop eating all together (kidding) but not really man ... im so frustrated!! Ive been running prop, tren, and winny the whole time and ive been manipulating that too (which means increasing) its still not getting it done. Just to clarify ... I eat clean!! I dont say i do and cheat my self and my goals .... for real, CLEAN!! Nothing but water, whole grains, eggs, nuts, mostly chicken and brown rice, dairy only once a day, minimal fruits, no candy or junk. Cheats once a week. Please help with any advice if you can bro? I really am at a total loss on what to do. Anything is appreciated. Thank you in advance!!!

It's hard to say without directly working with you, seeing exactly what doses and when you take your drugs. See exactly what your diet looks like and see your cardio and training program, plus pics would make a big difference, so that I can evaluate for myself, how much of it is fat and how much is fluid retention. It may be in your amount of cals from carbs and fat. Or the food may be fine but It may be in your food timing. It may be that the midsection is a trouble aren for you and one of the last spots that will come in, in shape.

There is also a chance that your abs are not strongly developed. Then thicker they are, the more they will show through, I would suggest working abs almost every day, in the high rep range, 20 reps. 4 sets hanging leg raises. Then 4 sets cable crunches for 20 reps. On each rep, pause and squeeze the muscle

Finally, some of what you're seeing may be water. Adding in adex or increasing the dose will help to dry you out more. Worst case, you could alays reduce the prop as well to dry out more. I would make this the last possible change.
