It would seem that your winstrol has crashed. This is common with oil based AAS and can be fixed. What has happened is that the hormone has seperated from the carrier oil and solvents. By heating it up, the hormone can be dissolved and the gear will be good to use. 

Boil a pot of water. Place your vial in a zip lock bag and lower it into the water for 15 seconds at a time. Then remove the bag from the water and shake the vial vigorously for about 30 seconds. Repeat this process, lowering the vial into the water, then shaking it, until the hormone has dissolved. The whole process may take 5 to 20 minutes. 

As for your cycle, I would at least run a replacement dose of test. Length of the cycle and dosing will depend on how much gear you have.
