    Hey Bro, After reading, reading and more reading through the Q & A- I basically found out or hopefully found out the best way to complete my cycle please let me know what you think. I decided to to keep the compounds down to 3 total so instead of introducing Deca toward the end of the cycle I am going to use test E and switch esters from Sust to test E around week 6 or 7. I hope I am timing this correctly... I am a little confused about the timing of the test esters and when to switch I hope the plan looks okay to you. You said you think it's a good idea to switch the esters for even better results and read a few entries about how to do it. It is not my exact cycle but similar I opted for the test E instead of cyp both long acting esters, I figured it shouldn't make too much of a difference or none at all. I did't go with test cyp because I never had good results with it, it always made me look really bloated so I opted for the test E Cyp is just the longest acting ester of them all right? I have run primoteston depot in the past and had awesome results with just that. This is my first real stack done correctly well like I said I hope so..So the layout looks like this to be more exact and less confusing: Week 1-16 600mg of EQ; 200mgs 3x week(first time using EQ)Weeks 1-6 405mg of Sust EWWeek 6-16 500mg of test EWeek 12-14 Anavar 40mgs EDI am using proviron for the first 3 weeks but should have saved it for the end so decided not to order anymore...Adex 2x week @ .5mg will increase to 3x week when proviron runs outI have 5000iu of HCG which will be enough for the last 10 weeks at 250iu 2x week stopping 3 days before the last shot of the cycle...Start PCT 2 weeks after last pin? or 3 weeks? Prob 2 weeks right?PCT: Nolva 40mgs 1st week 20mgs 2nd and 3rd weekAdex: Continue running it 2x week at .5mgs is that right??And that is it! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP MAN...     The switch from Sust to Test E isn't a huge deal, but I don prefer to change test esters about every 8 wks, just to keep things different. For me, I find that it seems to work well. I would do 1-8 sust, then 9-17 Test E. I would run the EQ for 1 wk less than the test, 1-16 wks, then start PCT 2 wks after the last shot of Test e. I would run the Anavar from wk 12-16. Everything else looks good.

    The difference between test e and cyp is minor, but the Ai should keep you from retaining too much fluid.  If you are cutting and find that you are still holding water, you may want to use a little more adex.
