    What dose should be good enough for deca as lubricant?I'm on a eq/testo e 500mg/each/week and putting in some winstrol for about 40days, 50mg/day.Is a 250mg deca/week for 10weeks to poor or should it help the dry joints?

    250mg should be fine. I find that 300mg is, for me, the ideal minimal dose for joints, but 50mg difference per wk, is so minimal. I'm sure it will work out fine. I would give it about 5 wks to start showing effect
