    I would like to know about mixing Igf1-lr3f with Bac water,what is the protocol?

    I would not use Bac water. I would acedic acid. It will last much longer. For 1mg vial (1000 mcg), I would use 2cc AA. From there, I would inject 30mcg preworkout for 3 wks. Then 50-60mcg preworkout for another 3 wks. Then take 3 wks off
