hey bro, couple of things. i would certainly address the diet. sounds like you have the genetics to have a big physique but you need to get the diet in check. those sugary energy drinks aren't going to do you any favors. even with a hernia, you can reduce the fat around your mid section. second, why not just go in and the hernia taken care of? i dont know exactly what type of hernia you're dealing with, but its only going to limit you in the gym and can only get worse with time. yes, 6 wks down time isnt fun but its a means to an end and you will be able to acheive more than you currently can
as for the tren e. a good dose to start with for a first tren e cycle would be 400mg EW. ideally, i would suggest you went with ace for a first run so that you can see how tren effects you and if needed, the dose can quickly be adjusted down to lower side effects. the sides will get better in a day or two but with tren e, it can take a couple of wks.
