I would go with actual GH over GH releasing peptides. If it's possible to use both, that would be even better. I find that when using a low dose of genertic GH, the additional of some ghrp/cjc boosts the overall peptide experience. But if I haf to choose, GH for sure. 3 to 4 IU should be enough to see a transformation in your look, when taken long term. Along with AAS, this dose will help you with your gains and help keep you from gaining as much fat. If your main goal is dieting down, then taking it with AAS will certainly help to preserve muscle while leaning out.
If you are taking 4iu, I would take 2 in the AM and 2 about 6 hours later.
