Peptides are more for cosmetic changes. You will feel a better pump from IGF but they will not effect stregth.
I have never seen results from MGF. Personally, I would put my money toward IGF and if you can afford to, combine it with some GH. Even 2iu of GH along with IGF works long term, IME. I would run GH as long as you can, and cycle in IGF for about 6 wks at a time, 3 wks at 30mcg, then 3 wks at 50-60mcg, then 3 wks off. You can take them together, preworkout on workout days. Then on nontraining days, just use GH, no IGF
