I'm sure your friend meant well, but there are a few issues here. After you read this, my suggestion would be to check out the otehr questions on the QA. There are a lot of newer guys that come here and ask many questions that will probably help you better understand how to cycle and stay safe. 

Ok first, for a lot of reasons, you want to run ANY cycle with a test base. Even 1cc test e EW will be enough. In itself, this would make for a great cycle, with far less side effects or risk than what you have set up. Orals are a lot more toxic than injectables. Winstrol isn't that bad and along with a longer test cycle, you could do a pretty nice cut with test and winstrol. Oral Tren is some harsh stuff though. You don't want to combine orals especially when one of them is oral tren. My suggestion would be to get a bottle of test, a little bit of adex and run a 12 wk cycle as I'll outline below, saving the Oral Tren for another time. 

Also, you didnt mention PCT. If you don't have any PCT meds on hand, you will want to get them BEFORE you start anything.  

Wk 1-12

Test E 250mg EW, split into 2 shots a wk

adex .5mg 3x wk, increase or decrease if needed

7-12

Oral Winstrol 50mg ED, split into 2 daily doses

PCT, 2 wks after last injection, start PCT, Clomid 100mg ED for 1 wk, 50mg ED for 2 more wks
