In my experience, actual GH is more effective than GHRP2. It will go along nicely with your HRT plan. 2iu is good for replacement dosing. If you can afford to run more, it will help with gains as well as fat loss. If you want to combine GHRP with a replacement dose of GH I would take your GH in the morning and take 1-2 doses of GHRP2 post training and before bed. If you want to get more out of your GHRP, take it at 250-300mcg and combine it with CJC w/o DAC, 100mcg each time. This will increase the GH pulse of your GHRP.
