    lowering body fat is going to come down to your diet. you can take a fat burner like clen that may add an extra 5% to your fat loss efforts, but for the most part, it will be diet that lowers fat. as for increasing power and strength for sports, there are a number of directions you can do, depending on the specific sport. often times, fluid retention is of concern for athletes in most sports like track, fighting, football, or anything to do with running and endurance. at the other end, you also dont want something like winny, that is known to dry you out. not knowing exactly what you are doing, i am going to suggest you look into anavar. it wont make you hold water yet it wont dry you out. it is good for lean gains, very good strength, building of connective tissues, and although i have never personally seen it happen, it is said to possibly help with fat reduction. athletes that are playing a sport do not want to use the same doses that bodybuilders use to get big and freaky. although anavar is considered a mild steroid in bodybuilding, it should be noted that side effects are dose related with AAS. i would suggest using the smallest amount that will allow you to reap the benefits you are looking. somewhere in the realm of 30mg should show you some good increase in performance. i would try that dose for 3 wks and see how you respond before considering going up in dose. i think that 30mg should be just fine but if you do go up, 50mg would be the outside limit i would suggest for you. 50mg is considered a BB dose. if you want to use a fat burner like clen, this can be added to the cycle. you may find that ECA is more beneficial though. it seems like everyone responds differently to clen. some get energy. some get tired. it lowers my blood pressure and makes me lethargic. ECA will burn fat, open up your lungs and give you a ton of energy for sports. personally, i find it to be too strong of a stim for me and after using it for several wks, i begin to feel burnt out. it also has a short half life and must be taken 2-3 times a day, and i you will experience a crash from it. this fat burning talk is just food for thought. here is how i would rustn anavar.

     

    wk 1-8

    anavar 30mg ED

    PCT starts the day after your last pill. nolvadex@40mg for one wk, then @20mg for 2 additional wks
